TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Laser Luxxe. By booking or receiving treatment at our clinic, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Notice must be given during clinic opening hours:

    • Tuesday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

    • Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made outside of these hours will result in a 100% charge or forfeiture of the session.

  • No-shows will also be charged 100% of the session fee or the session will be forfeited.

 

2. Refunds

  • You may cancel a service within 24 hours of payment, provided:

    • You have not undergone a patch test or treatment.

  • If a patch test or treatment has occurred, the right to cancel is forfeited.

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.

 

3. Appointment Preparation

  • You must follow all pre-treatment guidelines provided.

  • Failure to comply may result in cancellation, with loss of session or full charge applied.

  • A pre-care and aftercare guide will be sent automatically after submitting your consent form. You are responsible for reading and following it.

 

4. Punctuality

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Late arrival may result in:

    • Reduced treatment time

    • Loss of session

    • A 100% charge

 

5. Payment & Pricing

  • Payment plans are subject to price changes during your course of treatment.

  • Prepaid packages are not affected by any pricing adjustments.

  • Individual sessions and payment plans must be paid at least one session in advance.

  • Courses of six (6) sessions must be paid:

    • In full at consultation, or

    • In three (3) split payments.

  • All pricing will be discussed during your consultation and is subject to confirmation in writing.

 

6. Medical & Skin Condition Disclosure

  • You must disclose any medical conditions or changes in medications, especially those that may cause photosensitivity.

  • Failure to disclose such information, resulting in an inability to treat, will result in forfeiture of the session or full charge.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment based on medical or skin safety concerns.

 

7. Tanning Policy

  • Clients must confirm they have no fake tan or active natural tan on the area to be treated.

  • Fake tan should be fully removed and not applied for 7–10 days prior to treatment.

  • Sun exposure and tanning beds must be avoided for:

    • At least 4 weeks before and after treatment, or

    • At least 5 days if using “sun-safe mode.”

  • If any tanning is present, your treatment cannot proceed, and your session will be forfeited or fully charged.

 

8. Liability & Disclaimer

  • While we take every care to ensure safe and effective treatment, we cannot guarantee specific results due to individual skin and health differences.

  • Clients undergo treatments at their own risk and are expected to follow all pre- and post-care instructions.

  • We are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from failure to comply with clinic guidance or to disclose relevant health information.

 

9. Right to Refuse Service

 

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse treatment to any client who is deemed medically unfit or unsuitable.

  • Refuse service due to inappropriate behaviour, non-compliance with clinic policies, or unsafe tanning practices.

 

10. Privacy

  • All personal data, health records, and consultation notes are handled in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection laws.

  • Your information will be used only for the purposes of treatment, safety, and communication from our clinic. It will not be shared with third parties without consent.

 

11. Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the jurisdiction of the English courts.
